Riddled with low self-esteem and a rare seizure disorder at an early age, my present and future well-being was in a crisis. I didn’t know where my poor mental and physical health would lead me. My seizure medicine was only able to heal so much; I knew holistic habits would help solve most of my roadblocks.
I decided to move from NYC to a less chaotic setting and change careers because being a billboard and sign hanger did not align with getting healthier.
Being at an intermediate level in fitness and wanting to improve, I decided to become a personal trainer. Learning to improve in the fitness realm, attaining new knowledge from my peers, and being immersed in a community where health comes first became my way of life.
While I became more able-bodied and more robust in the gym, a good friend called me out on my breathing patterns and told me it would be imperative to fix that up for even better health.
As I worked on correcting my breathing patterns, I noticed significant changes in my well-being. The constant stress and chronic seizures all dissipated. And my achievements on the fitness floor had skyrocketed.
Holistic fitness, also known as practicing proper breathing, had become my main goal.
My new mission is to help people take complete control of their health and wellness. The holistic path is the answer for those who deal with stress, seizures, and other poor habits, such as improper breathing.
Continuously studying breathing practices, I deep-dived into other holistic habits:
- nutrition,
- mental models,
- psychological therapy,
- emotional awareness.
Based on my experience, I suggest you make the best of the life you want.
